The website pagespeed.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is primarily operated to support and develop visitors in the area of website speed.

For this purpose, we offer services related to speed consulting, opportunities to participate in courses, articles on this topic, and a speed monitoring tool (hereinafter referred to as the “services”).

This also involves handling personal data. We archive the collected data for the necessary duration related to the contractual relationship and any disputes arising from it. The right to object to the processing of personal data

If we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such processing by sending a message to info@pagespeed.cz. If you submit such an objection, we will not be able to process your personal data until we demonstrate a compelling legitimate reason for processing that outweighs your interests, rights, and freedoms or the enforcement or defense of legal claims.

If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes (e.g., sending commercial messages), you can object to such processing by sending a message to the above email address, and after such an objection, we will no longer process this data for direct marketing purposes.

The right to be forgotten (the right to deletion of personal data)

2. You withdraw your consent to its processing, and there is no other reason for its processing (only in cases where we process your personal data based on your consent).
3. If you raise an objection as mentioned above and we cannot demonstrate legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms or the enforcement or defense of legal claims.
4. Unlawfully.

You have the right to request that we delete such processed personal data without undue delay by sending a message to info@pagespeed.cz. We cannot delete the data at your request if its processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill any of our legal obligations, or to perform a task carried out in the public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of our legal claims.

The right to data portability
